Hybrid Admissions Specialist

Please note that you will be required to come onsite to the office in Centennial, CO a couple of days per month. Aside from that, you will be work remotely using company-provided equipment.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading healthcare company to fill their open Hybrid Admissions Specialist job in Centennial, CO. To qualify, you must have at least six months of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. Previous experience in the healthcare industry and/or in a call center environment are strongly preferred.

This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity. Depending on your performance and our client's needs, this could result in a permanent position in the company. You will earn $20.75 per hour in this role and you will also be eligible to sign up for LHH's benefits programs during the temporary period (details below). If you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities: -Responding to a high volume of patient inquiries over phone and e-mail -Requesting patient placements through outbound calls to hospitals and other healthcare providers -Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal staff and healthcare providers, including in-person visits with providers -Entering and updating patient information into the database -Processing all documents required for patient placement -Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations -Providing excellent customer service -All other related tasks as required

Qualifications: -At least six months of recent, relevant experience in a similar role -Previous experience working in a call center environment in the healthcare industry preferred -Excellent customer service skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Excellent attention to detail -Excellent organizational skills -The ability to work effectively on a team -Strong emotional intelligence and empathy

Compensation: -Hourly rate of $ 20.75 -Lee Hecht Harrison benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
