LHH is seeking a

temporary receptionist

for a

3-month assignment

starting

immediately . This role is

fully onsite

in

Mechanicsville, VA

and requires a

criminal background check

prior to starting.

Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and route incoming calls promptly

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Provide support to various departments as needed

Handle confidential information with discretion

Pay Details:

$18.00 to $19.00 per hour
