Minimum Qualifications Summary Certification & Education Possess a four (4) year degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, etc.). Ten (10) years of related experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Valid Passport Valid State Drivers License Experience Required Five (5) years of related experience in: DPAS, Supply Logistics, or Warehouse systems and/or Quality Assurance in inventory or logistics management. Job Objective Provide on-site property management support to government Accountable Property Officers (APOs), Assistant APOs (AAPOs), Responsible Officers (ROs) support to LOGSU-8. The contractor will perform functions related to accountable property management, including system operations and inventory management of all DPAS managed commodities, utilizing IT systems. The contractor will receive technical guidance from the APO and AAPO, with work reviewed for judgment and effectiveness. Responsibilities Provide continuous on-site PML support at Pearl City, HI, as directed by the Supply Officer at LOGSU-8. Perform inventory management at logistic support locations for all APSR managed commodities. Manage hand-receipts, records, turn-in coordination, and key supporting documents. Monitor, issue, receive, dispose, transfer, and drop APSR managed equipment, ensuring proper accounting. Validate APSR inventory data. Guide government personnel on inventory management processes and lessons learned. Ensure Key Support Documentation (KSD) for receipts, loans, transfers, disposals, and inventories are properly completed and compliant with FIAR guidance. Conduct quality assurance and control to ensure inventory accuracy. Develop and provide weekly status reports on assets and material status. Assist in causative research on misplaced property or data discrepancies, including physical inventories and record verification. Maintain knowledge of command property, locations, receipts, disposals, and transfers for property program continuity. Proficient in using Log AIT equipment such as HHTs, label printers, laser engravers, signature pads, barcode scanners, and tablets. Conduct research and analysis to verify assets in DPAS and assist in identifying assets at various locations. Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for small groups on APSR transactions, inventories, reports, and database queries. Assist in developing system change requests (SCRs) for DPAS based on user needs. Maintain a professional demeanor, communicate effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Travel CONUS and OCONUS as required, up to a week at a time. Perform data entry and management using Microsoft Office applications and other databases with high accuracy. Support property management for various commodities and equipment listed.
