1. 10+ years of SQL Server database admin experience
2. Experience in migrating SQL Server databases from onprem to cloud
3. Hands on experience in SQL Server high availabilities like database mirroring/log shipping and clustering
4. Performance tuning and troubleshooting
5. Hands on experience in database and recovery procedures
