TRG Manufacturing Search Division is seeking a
Senior Mold Designer
(or Senior Mold Design Engineer) to join one of the most advanced precision mold-building operations in the U.S. This clean, climate-controlled shop is backed by a global company investing heavily in its U.S. operations. You'll design complex molds from the ground up-high cavitation, stack, hot runner, multi-cavity-while working side by side with top toolmakers and engineers.
The team supports both internal production and external clients across several industries, giving you a mix of challenging projects and opportunities to grow professionally. You'll use modern CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and collaborate daily with professionals who value precision, quality, and innovation.
If you bring 7+ years of injection mold design experience, understand complex tooling, and want to own projects from concept to completion, this is your chance to join a strong, growing operation where your skills will be recognized and rewarded.
Background: Hands-on experience designing injection molds Strong understanding of complex tooling and manufacturing processes Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Design, or related field preferred Experience with simulation/analysis tools (e.g., Moldflow) a plus
