You will lead engineering teams, develop concepts for new & improved commercial HVAC products, and solve complex technical problems, leading to the production of sustainable new products. hybrid
work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. What you will do: Apply interdisciplinary engineering expertise to solve system design and product application problems. Plan and direct the efforts of engineering and technician teams to meet performance, reliability, quality, cost, and schedule objectives. Support sales order attainment by providing custom design modifications. Support field and factory problem resolution. Conduct laboratory testing as required. Some overnight travel required (less than 10%). What you will bring: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline 7+ years of mechanical experience Annual Compensation Range is $68,000 to $145,000 annually. Disclaimer : This salary range is based on US averages. Actual pay could be a result of seniority/experience level, merit, and geographic location where the actual work is performed.
