What You'll Do as a General Manager
Lead all aspects of daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, quality, and team engagement Hire, train, and develop top-performing team members and managers Manage labor, food cost, and controllable expenses to achieve financial targets Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards Drive sales through community involvement, marketing initiatives, and guest loyalty Create and sustain a positive, high-energy work culture that inspires and retains great people What We're Looking For
2+ years of restaurant management experience
(full-service or fast-casual required) Proven success in leading large teams in a high-volume environment Strong business acumen with the ability to meet and exceed financial goals Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Passion for hospitality and guest-first service mentality Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits
