As a

Bartender , you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience by crafting high-quality beverages with precision and enthusiasm. You'll bring energy, professionalism, and hospitality to every shift, ensuring guests feel welcomed, engaged, and well taken care of. This role requires expert knowledge of mixology, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences. Ensure proper presentation and garnish of drinks, maintaining consistency and quality at all times. Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and in the dining area when needed. Recommend drink pairings, new cocktails, and menu items based on guest preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tools, equipment, and glassware. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages. Accurately process guest orders, handle cash and credit transactions, and follow proper cash handling procedures. Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption, ensuring responsible service at all times. Assist with inventory, restocking supplies, and communicating low stock or maintenance issues to management. Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Qualifications

Prior bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, classic and modern cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask efficiently and remain calm under pressure. Must be at least 21 years of age (or meet the minimum legal age to serve alcohol in your state). TIPS or responsible alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods throughout shift. Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly. Manual dexterity to handle bar tools, glassware, and equipment with precision and safety.
