As a Retail Clothing Associate, you'll play a key role in that mission by preparing clothing for resale, creating a welcoming space for our guests, and working alongside a team that values purpose and service.

Your Impact
In this role, you'll contribute to a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience while helping to keep the store looking its best. Your day-to-day may include: Welcoming Guests: Greet shoppers with a smile and assist them as they browse Preparing Donations: Sort, date, hang, and display donated clothing items Keeping Things Tidy: Restock racks, organize merchandise, and sweep floors Assisting in Dressing Rooms: Help guests try on items and maintain cleanliness Helping at the Register: Support cashiers with checkouts when needed Closing the Store: Follow end-of-day procedures when scheduled on closing shifts You may occasionally be asked to assist with other store needs based on your availability and current responsibilities.

Physical Environment
Work indoors with occasional exposure to dust, noise, or changing temperatures Use hands and arms for repetitive tasks such as sorting, hanging, and folding clothing Frequent standing and walking during your shift, with some bending and reaching Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Work Schedule
Part-time shifts (20-30 hours a week) Some evening, weekend, or holiday shifts may be scheduled What We're Looking For

No previous experience required Dependability and a good attitude are essential Compensation and Benefits
This role may be either full-time or part-time, depending on scheduled hours. Both are non-exempt positions, eligible for overtime pay beyond 40 hours per week.
Full-Time Employees (30+ hours per week)
Paid Medical Leave MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) and Life Insurance included Optional Vision and High-Deductible Health Plan Paid vacation begins accruing after 30 days Paid twice monthly on the 7th and 21st Part-Time Employees (less than 30 hours per week)
Paid Medical Leave No vacation or other paid time off Paid twice monthly on the 7th and 21st
