$50,000-$55,000l Schedule:
Full-time | In-office for 30 days, then hybrid (1-2 days in office weekly)
We're hiring a
Mortgage Loan Processor
with strong experience in
FHA and VA loans
to join a growing team in Phoenix. This is a full-time position with long-term stability and a collaborative work environment.
Position Overview: In this role, you'll process a high volume of government loan files, working closely with borrowers, escrow officers, and internal team members. We're looking for someone with a solid understanding of FHA and VA guidelines who can manage files independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities: Process FHA and VA loan files from start to finish Gather and review borrower documentation Submit complete and accurate files to underwriting Ensure compliance with all applicable loan guidelines and timelines Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of recent mortgage processing experience Strong working knowledge of
FHA and VA loan programs Broker background preferred Will consider mortgage bankers with strong qualifications Bank processors will not be considered High attention to detail and ability to work independently Schedule & Work Environment:
In-office in Phoenix, AZ for the first 60 days (training period) Hybrid schedule after onboarding: 1-2 days per week in office Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary of
$50,000-$55,000 Competitive
