The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects across the firm, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and systems integrations. This role involves collaborating with attorneys, legal staff, vendors, and IT teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. It also leads diverse teams to manage projects, create project work breakdown structures, create project plans and task lists, and define project goals, objectives, and scope. Location: Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; Rochester, NY; San Francisco, CA; Washington, DC Responsibilities

Manages the full project lifecycle from startup to closure on assigned IT initiatives in accordance with the firms PMO methodology, including processes, templates and best practices. Work with sponsor/stakeholder to define scope, requirements, outcomes, timeline and budget, ensuring they are correctly understood and documented prior to project startup. Develop detailed project plans utilizing PMO templates and methodologies to manage scope, time, resources, budget, deliverables and success criteria. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution of project tasks and activities. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between legal teams, IT staff and external partners. Monitor project performance using appropriate systems and tools to ensure value-based outcomes. Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and change requests, including coordinating risk assessment activities related to IT projects. Evaluate alternative designs and costs; document and obtain approval from Project Sponsor for all changes in project design and parameters. Ensure compliance with legal industry standards, data security and privacy regulations, including ISMS and ISO 27001 policies and controls. Monitor contracts, review and approve payment requests and change orders; maintain regular communications with service providers and vendors involved in projects. Plan and oversee preparation and dissemination of project communications to team members, IT staff and vendors; prepare and present regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure proper assembly of operations and maintenance documentation in conjunction with the project team. Manage the transfer of care of the finished product to the Service and Support Team for ongoing maintenance. Demonstrate leadership to accomplish project tasks, lead teams, facilitate discussions to resolve issues, and achieve project scope and goals on time and within budget. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

3-5 progressive years in Information Technology projects. Law firm experience preferred. Holder or in process of obtaining PMI certification preferred but not required. Demonstrated experience leading complex project teams to achieve results. Knowledge of cross-functional project management methods and techniques (waterfall, agile, hybrid). Experience with legal technology platforms, systems and projects (e.g., NetDocuments, billing, AI, hardware refresh); knowledge of ISO 27001 policies and procedures. Goal-oriented and action-driven with strong skills in project planning, organization, communication, team motivation, delegation, and pragmatic self-discipline. Ability to pivot project priorities based on the firms initiatives and strategic goals. Knowledge of Legal IT applications, processes, software and equipment. Ability to learn, create and promote new work processes. Skilled in analyzing project details to define and establish project scope with technical planning expertise. Proactive or corrective action as necessary within established guidelines. Proficient in planning and drafting clear, effective written communications. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups to build consensus and serve a broad client base. Seniority level

In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position, depending on location, is as follows: Boston, MA: $89,000 to $132,000; Chicago, IL: $89,000 to $132,000; Los Angeles, CA: $89,000 to $132,000; New York, NY: $98,000 to $145,750; Rochester, NY: $81,000 to $120,450; San Francisco, CA: $98,000 to $145,750; Washington, DC: $89,000 to $132,000. In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
