Title:
Sr Escalations Representative/ Customer support(Credit card)/Resolution Specialist.
Contract Length:
12 months (possibility of extension).

Sioux Falls SD, Des Moines IA, Chandler AZ
Pay range:
$23 - $26/hr.
Role Overview: This position is responsible for handling escalated customer complaints within financial services and insurance. Support consists of phone-based de-escalation, written communication, and case management to ensure timely and compliant resolutions.
Key Responsibilities: Handle escalated customer complaints regarding financial products and services. Investigate issues, determine appropriate resolution, and process complex transactions. De-escalate high-level customer calls (expect 5+ per day) with empathy and professionalism. Review complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory requirements; ensure compliance. Manage multiple complaints simultaneously in different stages while meeting deadlines. Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and written correspondence. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support escalations process. Ideal Background:
3+ years in complaint resolution within financial services (banking, mortgage, brokerage) or insurance (claims, customer service). Strong verbal and written skills; proven ability to de-escalate difficult conversations. Able to handle upset customers with patience and "thick skin." Excellent time and pipeline management skills; detail oriented. Strong business acumen, flexible, and committed to policy compliance
