Job Overview:
We are hiring a
Destination Wedding Coordinator
to help plan and execute stunning weddings at luxury resorts, beaches, and unique international venues. This role involves collaborating with couples, vendors, and travel partners to ensure a seamless wedding experience.
Responsibilities: Work closely with couples to design and coordinate their dream wedding. Secure
wedding venues, decor, catering, and entertainment . Oversee event logistics, including scheduling and vendor communication. Manage guest accommodations, transportation, and group bookings. Ensure all legal requirements for destination weddings are met. Provide on-site or virtual support to clients leading up to their big day. Stay informed on wedding trends, venues, and industry best practices. Qualifications:
Experience in
wedding planning, event coordination, or hospitality
