We are seeking an experienced and strategic Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the vision, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is pivotal in aligning our CRM capabilities with business objectives, enhancing customer engagement, and driving operational efficiency. The Salesforce Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Architecture
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using best practices across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products. Define system architecture and design patterns that ensure scalability, performance, and security. Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Provide architectural guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. 3. Technical Leadership
Guide development teams on implementation best practices and ensure adherence to architectural standards. Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance across all Salesforce development efforts. 4. Integration & Data Strategy
Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Define data models, data migration strategies, and data governance policies. 5. Innovation & Optimization
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features; recommend adoption strategies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using Salesforce capabilities. 6. Governance & Compliance
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory standards. Maintain documentation and support audit and compliance activities. Requirements
12+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years in an architect role. BS or MS in CS/EE/ECE/ or related 10+ years of experience in ecommerce industry. Salesforce certifications such as
Salesforce Certified Application Architect ,
System Architect , or
Technical Architect . Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Knowledge of integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
