The
Associate Software Engineer
will provide programming support for application systems development and maintenance projects, with a commitment to hospital employees / system analyst satisfaction. Provides technical support to IS analysts and/or associates and supports projects and/or technology initiatives through all phases of systems development including planning, development, implementation and operation for complex computer projects. The ideal candidate will live within driving distance of the main KCMO campus. #LI-DNI We seek a professional to support staff in using the Power Platform and developing innovative solutions. Training will be provided, but strong communication and support skills are essential. Candidates should enjoy learning new technologies and applying them. The Power Platform includes: Power BI : Data visualization and business intelligence Power Apps : Custom app development Power Automate : Workflow automation Power Virtual Agents : No-code chatbot creation

Meet with internal customers to determine needs projects and/or issues, as assigned by the department supervisor or project architect. Utilizing available resources within the IT community internal and external expand knowledge and expertise. Report progress, issues, and project details to supervisor.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree, plus 1-2 years' experience OR High School Diploma, plus 1-2 years' experience.

The pay range for this job begins at $29.54/hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience. Remote Work/Work from Home
This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Childrens Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area. EEO Employer/Disabled/Vet
