Client: VDOT Title: Lead Dynamics Developer Location: Richmond, VA (3 Days Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Job Description
The candidate will be skilled in Microsoft Power Platform, including Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. Strong communication skills are required to effectively participate in technical and business requirement discussions. Responsibilities Aid in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Provide expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations) and Power Apps/Power Automate development. Design and develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), and C#. Demonstrate experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage. Troubleshoot and remediate Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions and work with system administrators and IT resources to implement fixes. Possess knowledge of Microsoft licensing for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platform's use at VDOT. Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage. Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and leverage Power Platform features/tools to meet business needs. Serve as a liaison between IT and business units; act as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution. Assist customers in discerning between Dynamics 365/PowerApps/Power Automate and other technology offerings; identify efficient solutions and recommend alternatives. Contribute to improving processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program. Preferred Experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator).
Qualifications
