Responsibilities
Your Role: Load trucks and stock delivery routes Follow standard operating procedures Ensure loads are complete and properly ordered Troubleshoot missing products and expedite delivery Secure loads to prevent damage Maintain accurate paperwork and report discrepancies Represent Milgard's Core Values in every interaction Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE Qualifications

What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to
100 lbs Mechanical aptitude & tape measure skills Comfortable using handheld scanners Glass handling experience is a plus (but not required!) Ability to read window labels and route codes Good hand dexterity About Us
