Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a part-time Bartender to join our team at The Edison in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience.

Delaware North is a leader in food service management, operating some of the busiest and most famous kitchens in the world. This is no exception when it comes to serving up exquisite cuisines and unforgettable dining experiences in the Lake Buena Vista, Florida area at Tutto Italia, Via Napoli, Morimoto, Vivoli Florida, The Edison, Enzo's Hideaway and Tunnel Bar, Maria and Enzo's Ristorante, and Pizza Ponte.
Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests and deliver personalized service throughout their visit. Prepare and serve a wide variety of craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits with precision and artistry. Maintain expert knowledge of mixology techniques, spirit brands, wine varietals, and bar trends. Offer recommendations and educate guests on beverage pairings, tasting notes, and seasonal offerings. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and bar organization always. Maintain accurate cash handling and operate a POS system efficiently. Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local laws. Collaborate with front-of-house staff and management to deliver seamless service. Participate in menu development and seasonal cocktail program updates. Maintain inventory, restock bar supplies, and assist with ordering as needed. Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age 2+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar environment Advanced knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wine, and cocktail construction Excellent communication and people skills with a polished demeanor Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, SERV Safe Alcohol) Training available if certification expired or needed. Ability to multitask, stay composed, and work efficiently under pressure. Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to serve alcohol. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand, bend, maneuver and lift to 50lbs. Preferred Skills and Attributes:
Mixology or sommelier certification a plus Experience with table-side service or private events High attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and upscale service standard Working Conditions:
