ADMA Biologics is a biopharmaceutical company committed to creating products for immunodeficient patients at risk for infection. We are seeking a Project Manager in Boca Raton, FL, to manage projects through analysis, planning, and resource coordination.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing, planning, and tracking activities across multiple project teams to ensure timely achievement of goals.
2. Facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders and teams.
3. Interacting with external partners and senior staff to coordinate efforts.
4. Analyzing company goals and project tasks to balance and prioritize projects.
5. Developing organizational charts, evaluating information sources, and updating project timelines.
6. Identifying and resolving project issues, and promoting best practices for standardization.
7. Presenting project updates and challenges to senior management.
8. Supporting the development of project management skills within ADMA.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelors degree in science, engineering, or business.
• At least five years of experience in a biopharmaceutical environment.
