  • Manage industrial construction projects from design coordination through final turnover
  • Work closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure safe and efficient execution
  • Lead preconstruction activities including scope reviews, constructability input, and bid package development
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and trade partners
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and cost reports
  • Review construction documents and identify risks, conflicts, or cost impacts
  • Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and ensure all project documentation is accurate and current
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality compliance

Qualifications

  • 5 plus years of project management experience in industrial construction
  • Proven experience managing large scale builds such as manufacturing plants, distribution centers, or processing facilities
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, industrial systems, and heavy equipment installations
  • Experience managing project budgets, subcontractors, and schedules
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with project based bonuses & ESOP
  • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401k
