Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Leasing Consultant, based in the Greater Chicago Area with some work from home flexibility. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments, handling lease administration, and maintaining resident retention. Day-to-day tasks include responding to prospective resident inquiries, conducting property tours, preparing leasing agreements, and providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents. Responsibilities
Show and lease apartments to prospective residents. Handle lease administration and maintain resident retention. Respond to prospective resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Conduct property tours and present available units and amenities. Prepare and execute leasing agreements and related documentation. Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents. Qualifications
Proficiency in managing leases and lease administration Strong skills in resident retention and customer satisfaction Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in property management or a related field is a plus Familiarity with property management software is beneficial Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Seniorities
