Responsibilities Support a technology-based program providing full lifecycle engineering support for systems monitoring and applications management services that provide systems alerts, monitoring for enterprise system performance and availability, and guidance for upgrades, system modifications, and updates. Provide operational support for applications deployed across the sponsor's enterprise, including release management, configuration management, and data analysis. Recruit and develop top talent and solutions on a complex, high-profile government program.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Minimum of 16 years' experience with a Bachelors or Masters Degree. Professional certification in Project Management Professional (PMI PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or Leadership Coaching. Proven experience as a Lean Agile and leadership coach in an IT organization with Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering, Operations, Software Development, Security, and Close Support. Experience coaching and facilitating team building and leadership offsites. Experience as an Enterprise Scrum Master using Lean Agile, setting up Jira projects, and facilitating division-level sprint planning. Ability to monitor multiple projects, identify risks, and communicate effectively to customers, stakeholders, and project teams. Outstanding communication skills, articulating complex issues to various audiences. Experience leading and managing enterprise-level projects using Project Management Framework (PMF) or Lean Agile. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities, and identify programmatic challenges and mitigation strategies. Experience leading infrastructure engineering projects using Agile methodology and recommending changes for project success.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
PMP, Agile, ITIL or other related Certifications. Quality processes including ISO, Six Sigma, CMMi. Knowledge in the entire development system life cycle. Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies. Creating and managing a shared pool of internal and subcontract resources. Experience working with the government.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146,670 - $249,330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by factors including skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity. Employee Benefits
