As a Caregiver At Home Instead, You Role Will

• Provide companionship to our clients so no license or certification needed
• Engage in meaningful & lively conversations
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and washing dishes
• Prepare delicious and nutritious meals
• Offer reminders for medications and appointments
• Provide stand-by shower assistance
• Assist with dressing and walking (provide an arm for stabilization)
• Offer transportation to appointments and social outings
• Provide specialized care, including Alzheimer’s support
• Document daily activities
• Maintain open communication with office staff regarding changes in a client’s needs or living conditions

Pay

• Pay range between $18.10 - $19.05
• Differential pay based on shifts and client needs
