Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Minimum two years' relevant experience required. Additional years can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Certifications and Licenses

Management and Decision Making
Uses limited independent judgment based on established guidelines. Solves problems using standard procedures and knows when to escalate issues.
Knowledge and Skills
Basic analytic ability, understanding of the work environment, and awareness of marketing, creative strategies, and advertising trends. Guides creative efforts accordingly.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, lifting up to 25 pounds, vision, and occasional travel.
- Requires interaction with co-workers, residents, or vendors.
- Occasional weekend, evening, or night work may be required.
Responsibilities
- Oversees multimedia marketing projects to generate leads, visits, and move-ins.
- Manages project workflows, develops creative media, and partners with internal teams and agencies.
- Develops media plans, manages budgets, and ensures cost-effectiveness.
- Maintains high customer service standards and operational excellence.
