Christensen Pediatric Dental is hiring: Dental Assistant in Ogden

Are you one of the best? We want to hire the very best! Our pediatric dental team is hiring a skilled, motivated, happy DENTAL ASSISTANT. Applicants must be available during our normal office hours, which are M-W 7:30am-4pm; additional hours may be available on alternating Thursdays 7:30am-12:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead patients through the entire dental experience—reviewing health histories, providing oral hygiene instruction and prophy, exposing radiographs, recording treatment plans, assisting in treatment, and reviewing post-op instructions.
• Manage instrument and operatory disinfection and sterilization.
• Basic office upkeep.

Qualifications

• 1 year of chair side assisting and radiograph technique.
• Must have a patient, happy approach with children, and be willing to teach on a child’s level.
• Radiology certification and experience with Dentrix (or similar software) are preferred.
