Work alongside 3 highly skilled Registered Veterinary Technicians and experienced support staff. Focused Feline Care:
30-minute appointments ensure thorough patient care, and
mentorship is available
from our ABVP-Feline Specialist, Dr. Steinberg. Work-Life Balance:
Enjoy a 4-day work week with
no weekends , allowing time for life outside of work. We’re located near beautiful beaches, making work-life harmony a reality. Stable & Collaborative Environment:
Low staff turnover, supportive team culture, and paperless records for ease of workflow. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary: $145,000 - $165,000 Signing Bonus! Production commission opportunities Paid vacation and sick leave Health insurance coverage 401k with matching/profit-sharing potential Paid CA state and DEA licenses Memberships to FelineVMA, AVMA, CVMA, SCVMA Annual CE allowance with PTO What We’re Looking For: A deep passion for feline medicine; ABVP Feline certification is a preferred but not required At least 1 year of post-graduation experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply Exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail A genuine love for cats!
