About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis. This executive will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the company's financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, and revenue management. The role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in accounting principles, financial planning, and revenue cycle management. The SVP will be a key partner to the executive team, providing financial insights, and driving initiatives to optimize performance and ensure long-term success. Key responsibilities include overseeing all accounting functions, maintaining compliance with GAAP, leading the annual budget and financial planning process, and developing and executing revenue operations strategies.
Candidates for the SVP position must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA certification. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in accounting and finance, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing revenue operations strategies, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in financial systems and software. Experience in a high-growth company, specific ERP systems, and data visualization tools is a plus. The role is pivotal in driving the company's mission of efficiency and social impact, and the successful candidate will be expected to foster a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the financial team.
