*Key Responsibilities*

* *40% Court Representation* – Handling immigration court appearances, hearings, and removal defense cases. * *30% USCIS & Casework* – Preparing petitions, applications, and representing clients at USCIS interviews. * *20% Client Advising* – Meeting with clients, developing legal strategies, and ensuring excellent client communication. * *10% Supervision & Mentorship* – Overseeing junior attorneys, paralegals, or support staff.

*Qualifications*

* Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar admission in any U.S. state. * Proven experience working with immigration law cases. * Proven experience supervising junior legal staff or paralegals. * Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
