About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Global Health, Safety, and Security to lead the implementation of global physical security, health, and safety programs and initiatives. This senior role is pivotal in the development and control of security and safety policies, incident management, business continuity operations, and general support for various security and safety functions. The successful candidate will be a seasoned security practitioner with a strong background in physical security, incident-emergency management, investigations, and health and safety. Responsibilities include acting as a deputy to the Chief Security Officer, assisting in the development of enterprise risk strategy, conducting audits, and providing leadership for health and safety efforts. The role also involves collaboration with stakeholders on global office expansions, security assessments, training, and risk mitigation, as well as day-to-day operations of physical security and access control.

Applicants for the VP, Global Health, Safety, and Security position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in global physical security, with a proven track record of leadership. A certification and active participation in relevant security organizations is required, along with an advanced academic degree in management or program leadership. The ideal candidate will have a background in law enforcement, strong investigative skills, and the ability to work effectively with law enforcement and internal investigative teams. Experience in incident management, business continuity operations, and a deep understanding of corporate security and health and safety operations in a large multinational organization are essential.
