The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a comprehensive business case, including market targets, network and operational needs, technology capabilities, analytics requirements, and distribution. A key aspect of the role is to work closely with various leads to understand existing workstreams and incorporate them into the overall business plan. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be adept at cultivating innovation, and possess the courage to drive results while ensuring effective communication and accountability.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of healthcare experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and expert-level knowledge in network design, provider partnerships, analytics, and product design. A strong understanding of the US employer segment, including the needs and preferences of different buyer types, is essential. The role requires a leader who can think strategically, anticipate future risks and opportunities, and is capable of managing a diverse set of workstreams and enterprise stakeholders.
