About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Category Management to play a pivotal role in the organization's transformation into a strategic business partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of global sourcing strategies that align with corporate goals, ESG priorities, and operational needs. This includes building and leading a high-performing category management organization, partnering with business unit leaders to understand demand, and embedding supplier diversity, sustainability, and innovation into sourcing strategies. The role also involves overseeing key spend categories, leading major RFPs, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or business transformation, with a proven track record in leading category strategies and sourcing across multiple spend categories. Deep negotiation and contract management skills are essential, as is experience with procurement platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a passion for live entertainment, culinary innovation, and venue experience. Familiarity with supplier diversity, ESG initiatives, and procurement-driven innovation is also highly valued.
