This is a full-stack Java Developer position supporting the Michigan Department of Transportation's (MDOT) Project Development and Maintenance programs. The role is with TEKsystems c/o Allegis Group and is available through Dice. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the project manager, application owner, and resource manager on an agile development team to organize work, develop, test, and deploy code. Contribute to full-stack development and work with UI/UX team members to build user interfaces and responsive applications. Qualifications
7+ years of experience programming complex computer systems using Java, including Java 8 and the Spring framework. Experience with front-end technologies such as React.js, HTML, CSS (including Bootstrap), and JavaScript, and with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular). Experience with JPA/Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Bootstrap; experience with Oracle 12c or Oracle 19c. Experience in JBOSS Enterprise environment; experience with SQL/PL-SQL; and familiarity with logging (Log4j) and testing (JUnit). Experience with ADA, WCAG 2.0, Section 508 compliance policies, and UI/UX design principles. Agile development experience; ability to work in an agile team and quickly learn new skills. Experience with data reporting tools such as Jasper/Crystal Reports or Business Objects. Bachelors degree. Top Skills
