Per Diem Nursing Supervisor - HRI Hospital is seeking a skilled Per Diem Nursing Supervisor to provide coverage as needed for day, evening, overnight, and/or weekend shifts. HRI Hospital is a 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. We are part of the largest private mental health system in Massachusetts and offer competitive salaries, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development. Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment Provide milieu management
