Regional Account Manager
Location: Westborough, MA Salary: $117,520.00 annually Reporting to: Regional Program Manager The Regional Account Manager (RAM) plays a key leadership role in managing guard service operations and security functions across multiple client sites. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. The RAM oversees staffing, scheduling, training, billing, compliance, and performance management, while serving as the primary liaison between the client, employees, and Securitas leadership. Key Responsibilities Client Relations & Core Values Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction. Build trusted relationships by embodying Securitas' Core Values: Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. Service Quality & Compliance Continuously evaluate service quality and implement proactive solutions. Develop, deliver, and track training programs to ensure compliance with company and client standards. Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) to measure service effectiveness. Staff Leadership & Development Lead and develop site staff through coaching, feedback, and ongoing training. Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and labor cost management. Resolve employee concerns, administer corrective action, and maintain a positive, professional work environment. Operational & Financial Oversight Oversee payroll, billing, invoicing, and expenditure management. Monitor client credits and make adjustments when necessary. Collaborate with leadership on policies, procedures, and operational improvements. Communication & Coordination Maintain open and consistent communication with all stakeholders. Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) highlighting performance, results, and opportunities. Partner with regional leadership to align client goals with organizational strategy. Position Qualifications Strong ability to manage security operations and resolve conflicts effectively. Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service. Organized, detail-oriented, and technologically proficient. Skilled communicator with the ability to engage at all organizational levels. Education & Experience Must be at least 21 years of age. Associate degree and 5 years of experience in security or business management; OR 8 years of directly related equivalent experience. Military veterans, prior law enforcement professionals, or individuals with similar government service backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience will also be considered.
