Data Entry & Customer Service Assistant – $19/hr.
We’re hiring a detail-oriented, organized, and professional individual to join our team as a Legal Notices & Customer Service Assistant.
What You’ll Do:
Process legal notices (court-ordered, public, and title-related) with 100% accuracy
Post notices online, track details, and provide proof to attorneys and clients
Communicate with attorneys, clients, and city offices in a professional manner
Update and manage spreadsheets in Excel for tracking and billing
Provide customer service and assist with permits, licenses, and marketing support
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail (accuracy with names, dates, and documents is critical)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDFs
Professional communication skills—able to work confidently with attorneys
Positive, reliable, and able to manage deadlines
Pay & Details:
$19/hour
Full-time (ASAP start)
