Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving, stocking, assembling, and shipping pump and parts orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. A key focus of this role is forklift operation and dock processing. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Receive and stock incoming inventory accurately and promptly. Assemble parts orders and identify components correctly. Prepare and paint parts/orders as needed. Package and ship both pump and parts orders according to customer and company standards. Build wooden pallets and custom packaging as required for shipments. Operate forklift and material handling equipment (50%+ of workday). Process customer orders on the dock with precision and timeliness. Follow all company safety protocols and participate in safety initiatives. Support continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 5–10 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience. Proven attention to detail with strong accuracy in order handling and processing. Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. Proficient in basic computer systems and capable of accurate data entry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (if any) Prior experience with outbound shipment processing. Familiarity with painting or prepping components in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Basic carpentry or pallet assembly skill s.
