Description The Pet Doctor is looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team! Put your knowledge and compassion into practice! The Pet Doctor is looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our community-based practice. CSR's provide the first and the last impression during our clients visits. CSR's play a vital role in our team by providing clear communication to our clients as well as our veterinary staff. The ideal candidate: Exceptional customer service skills 6 months of customer service experience preferred Ability to clearly communicate with team as well as with clients Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Ability to maintain compassion, sympathy and professionalism Job Responsibilities: Maintain professional, friendly and informative customer service Communicate with clients in person, over the phone as well as via email. Maintain medical records both in the computer management software and in physical charts. Schedule and confirm all appointments and surgeries.
