Tpharm Account Management Director

The TPharm Account Management Director oversees strategic operations and client engagement for the TRICARE Pharmacy (TPharm) program, serving 9.5 million military service members, retirees, and their families. Core responsibilities include: Serving as a primary liaison with Defense Health Agency (DHA) and other government stakeholders for all non-clinical components of the TPharm program. Leading strategic planning and execution of initiatives aligned to contract requirements, change orders, and new solution opportunities. Managing client escalations, including Congressional and other external stakeholder inquiries. Team leadership, client relationship management, budget management. Ensuring end-to-end quality control processes to prevent errors impacting claims adjudication and performance guarantees. Key skills and competencies include: Deep understanding of federal pharmacy benefit programs and TRICARE contract structures. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across government and internal teams. Experience in transition planning, dual operations, and sustainment activities under federal healthcare contracts. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and drive performance improvements. Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and government stakeholders. Ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external teams. Qualified candidates will have a combination of the following: 10+ years in PBM account management to clients with 100,000+ covered lives, preferably focused on federal clients. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Experience working directly with the federal government with strong working knowledge of contract requirements. Ability to travel, approximately one business trip per month.
