What we need from you:
Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming presence.
Answer phone calls and schedule spa appointments.
Collect payment for spa services and merchandise.
Provide information about spa services, accommodations, and amenities.
Relay messages to spa technicians and managers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail displays.
Assist guests with spa locker rooms and amenities.
Manage spa inventory and restock items as necessary.
Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a spa or wellness environment, is an advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using booking software and point-of-sale systems.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Knowledge of spa services and wellness products is a plus.

The hourly pay rate for this role is
$17.75
This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
