About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Capital Markets to enhance and maintain its third-party lending relationships, including those with banks, CMBS, debt funds, and insurance companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing these partnerships, delivering market updates, and ensuring effective communication to optimize transaction outcomes. This role is pivotal in driving the company's reputation and will involve a strong focus on innovating and improving processes for sharing market analytics, as well as identifying and sharing trends and opportunities with mortgage bankers and their clients. The VP will also be tasked with gathering and analyzing market data, maintaining a private market lender database, and developing strategies to strengthen the company's relationships with private market lenders.

Applicants for the VP of Capital Markets position at the company should have a proven track record in real estate finance, with at least 10 years' experience in a similar role. The role requires expertise in structuring and arranging capital from various investors, including institutional and high-net-worth entities. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with a diverse range of capital providers and experience in capital market transactions, such as CLO, CMBS, and bond issuance. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred. The role demands a proactive individual who can manage data for reporting, track deals, and support bankers in analytical aspects of bridge opportunities. The VP will also be expected to coordinate with internal teams to promote the company's brand and industry awareness at events and conferences.
