We are architecting a next-generation PMO model that embeds strategic clarity, execution rigor, and measurable outcomes across our global supply chain organization. This role sits at the core of a bold transformation, designed to architect the systems and mindset that drive sustainable enterprise value. As Staff Program Manager in Digital Transformation Strategy, youll lead the evolution of our PMO to enable prioritization frameworks, cross-functional orchestration, and consistent delivery excellence. Youll partner with stakeholders across Global End to End Supply Chain to bring structure to complex portfolios and empower teams with the tools, visibility, and alignment needed to scale transformational outcomes. Your focus will span the full initiative lifecycle from strategy intake and prioritization, through KPI tracking and execution governance, to downstream adoption of scalable frameworks and templates. Your influence connects strategy to results by enabling momentum and accountability at every level. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead 3-4 priority programs that span across E2E Supply Chain and Digital Transformation, focusing on connecting planning to execution. Enable outcome-based planning by embedding prioritization and intake rigor into PMO workflows and toolsets. Collaborate across business and technical teams to co-develop frameworks, templates, and coaching playbooks that reinforce agility and delivery mindset. Use Smartsheet, Confluence, and Jira to build dashboards that monitor health, risk, and delivery across portfolios. Improve transparency and delivery rhythm by owning program dashboards, reporting cadences, and issue escalation paths. Support cross-functional teams in navigating change through rollout of playbooks, process templates, and communication channels. Build and manage PMO content spaces (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence), ensuring clarity, usability, and up-to-date governance documentation. Qualifications
Required: 58 years of hands-on project/program management experience, ideally in a matrixed supply chain or transformation-focused environment. Strong operational mindset with a proven track record of executing complex cross-functional initiatives from intake to completion. Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid methods with the ability to flex delivery styles based on team readiness and project needs. A knack for simplifying complexity, bringing structure to ambiguity through process design, documentation, and stakeholder alignment. Confident communicator who can facilitate tough conversations, manage timelines, and ensure delivery teams stay focused and unblocked. Experience working with digital tools like Smartsheet and Jira to track milestones, surface risks, and report status to leadership. Additional Information

Pay position within the salary range may be based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, location, shift, internal and external equity, and business needs. The posted salary range applies to roles in California, Colorado, New York, or remote roles in these states; range may be modified in the future. Non-exempt eligibility for overtime pay; possible shift differential depending on shift. Eligibility for bonuses under STI or SIP plans and potential participation in the Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program where applicable. Not all roles are eligible for LTI.
