is seeking an experienced

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)

to join our dynamic team at

Wellington Regional Medical Center . This is a unique opportunity to support our expanding

Level III NICU , while enjoying the lifestyle and amenities of one of South Florida's most desirable, upscale, suburban communities.

Your Role at a Glance:

Schedule : 12-hour daytime shifts in the NICU, with rotating weekends of 12-hour daytime shifts Staffing Model :

4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage 2.3 NNPs covering the NICU during the day 1 dedicated provider covering the newborn nursery

Responsibilities :

Care for patients in the Level III NICU Attend high-risk deliveries Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care

Qualifications

Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP Minimum of a master's degree Minimum 2 years of NICU experience NRP certification Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills Confident, autonomous, and team-oriented
