Property & Casualty Insurance:
$22-$24/hr Full-time option available:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Licensing: If not already licensed, candidates must obtain a Property & Casualty license.
Company pays the licensing fee.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable
Office Assistant
to join our team. This role supports daily office operations while enabling our sales team to focus on client growth. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in the insurance business.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism Take accurate messages and deliver promptly Greet clients, handle payments, and provide receipts Schedule and confirm appointments Perform general office duties including filing and data entry Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and team members Assist with insurance paperwork and processes as needed Maintain a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
Prior office or administrative experience preferred Strong phone and communication skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software) Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision Reliable, professional, and positive attitude Customer service mindset with willingness to support team success Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred
