Responsibilities
Lead client-facing project management for complex implementations of SaaS products Develop and manage project plans to ensure high-quality and timely implementations Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively using metrics and feedback Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project delivery Prepare detailed status reports and communicate project parameters effectively
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent project management experience Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in Healthcare Experience with implementation or support of SaaS technologies Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with project management software Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
