Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning, coordination, and execution of complex mechanical construction projects. This includes managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and documentation while ensuring safety, compliance, and quality at every stage. You will work closely with internal teams, field personnel, and external partners to resolve challenges, foster collaboration, and deliver projects on time and on budget.

Job Details
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning, coordination, and execution of complex mechanical construction projects. This includes managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and documentation while ensuring safety, compliance, and quality at every stage. You will work closely with internal teams, field personnel, and external partners to resolve challenges, foster collaboration, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from initial planning through closeout
- Review contracts, manage budgets, and track progress
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design professionals
- Oversee documentation, change orders, and compliance requirements
- Support field teams with scheduling, materials, and safety initiatives
- Ensure financial accountability through billing and cost control
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in the mechanical or construction industry
- Strong background in HVAC piping (plumbing experience is a plus)
- Proficiency with project management and construction software
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams, resolve challenges, and deliver results under pressure
