full-time (1.0 FTE) Geriatrics Physician
to join our Geriatrics Team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Practice Features: Trinity Health Grand Rapids provides care for patients in eight local nursing facilities and supports the Trinity Health at Home Thrive Program, an Advanced Care Coordination Program. Opportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows Practice leadership and team that supports work/life balance. Autonomy and flexibility in schedule Visit length adequate to meet complex patient population. Call shared among Providers. Qualifications: Open to new grads with Fellowship in Geriatrics or experienced Internal Medicine/Family Medicine candidates. Experience working with the Geriatric population. Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible. State of Michigan license required at time of employment. DEA license BLS Certification and maintain recertification.
