As a Call Center Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice representing Classical Conversations. Your role will include:
- Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting customers with inquiries about our programs and resources.
- Resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

We’re seeking someone with:
- 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive, problem-solving attitude.
- The ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
