A globally recognized "privademics" medical practice, Barrow Brain and Spine is recruiting for a spine-focused neurosurgeon to lead the neurosurgical spine program in the western Phoenix market. This position will start in mid-2026.
The recruit will build an elective clinical practice focused on spinal neurosurgery, develop a spine center of excellence, and recruit future surgeons as the market matures. The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in developing high-quality spine protocols and pathways.
Since this position focuses on building an elective, multidisciplinary spine program, minimal trauma coverage responsibilities are anticipated.
As a member of Barrow Brain and Spine, the neurosurgeon would have access to academic opportunities, including teaching and research affiliated with the Barrow Neurological Institute and neurosurgery residency program.
