OB/GYN Nocturnist | Central Maine Medical Center – Lewiston, Maine Position: OB/GYN Nocturnist Location: Central Maine Medical Center, Lewiston, ME Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (730p-730a), 8-10 shifts/month Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology – Inpatient, Nocturnist Deliveries Annually: ~900 Central Maine Medical Center (CMMC) is actively seeking a board-certified OB/GYN Nocturnist to join our growing inpatient obstetric and gynecologic team. This position is night shift only and plays a key role in delivering safe, compassionate care during off-hours. We do approximately 900 deliveries a year and have a level II NICU with in house pediatric hospitalists. Position Highlights: 12-hour night shifts exclusively – predictable scheduling, no daytime responsibilities Inpatient focus – no outpatient clinic duties Collaborative and supportive team environment Manage labor and delivery patients and respond to GYN emergencies Approximately 900 deliveries annually Work with a skilled team of nurses, medical students, residents, and support staff Qualifications : Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology Eligible for Maine medical licensure Strong clinical skills in inpatient obstetrics and gynecologic Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care Why CMMC?
