$250,000-$340,000 Role responsibilities: Let your skills shine as a Urogynecologist. With no two patients or days alike, you'll collaborate to provide out-of-the-box, patient-focused strategies.

Here are a few of the responsibilities you can expect: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide specialized care for women with pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapses, and fecal incontinence. Perform a variety of diagnostic procedures, including urodynamic testing, cystoscopy, and pelvic floor imaging, to accurately assess and diagnose pelvic floor conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, which may include conservative therapies, such as pelvic floor exercises or medication, as well as surgical interventions, such as pelvic reconstructive surgery or minimally invasive procedures. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Urologists, Colorectal Surgeons, and Physical Therapists, to provide multidisciplinary care and optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients about their pelvic floor conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them to actively participate in their own healthcare and make informed decisions about their treatment. Qualifications: What you’ll need as a Urogynecologist.

Graduate from an accredited Medical School. Board Certified or Board Eligible Urogynecologist. Active New York Medical License.
